Borovtsov & Salei advised Franck Muller (Switzerland) in M&A transaction for acquisition of a controlling stake in Minsk Watch Plant, the largest watch factory in the CIS. Our team lead by Vassili Salei, Senior Partner, have represented the buyer in negotiations with the Government of the Republic of Belarus at time of Investment Agreement conclusion. The scope of work also included structuring of the transaction and legal due diligence of the target. As a result of our work, Franck Muller (Switzerland) have successfully acquired Minsk Watch Plant.
