The firm was founded in 1994 by VALENTIN BOROVTSOV, ex-Head of the Legal Department at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and ex-Director of the Institute of Legislation and State Development at the Parliament, and VASSILI SALEI, ex-judge.

The firm is centered on providing professional legal services to European, American and international companies and financial institutions.
