Once again, the list of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus has been revised, in which participants (shareholders) from "unfriendly" states are prohibited from alienating their shares (shares) in authorized funds (the "List"). The new version of the List was approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 382 of June 10, 2023, comes into force on June 17, 2023 and contains 1,795 entities.

Recall that initially 190 legal entities were included in the List, in February 2023 the List was significantly increased to 1849 entities.

In relation to the enterprises included in the List and their participants (shareholders) from unfriendly states, the restrictions provided for by the provisions of the Decree dated March 14, 2022 No. 93 “On additional measures to ensure the stable functioning of the economy” apply:

 participants (shareholders) named in the List are not entitled to exit and (or) alienate their shares (shares) in the authorized capital of legal entities from the List;

 reorganization of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus included in the List is prohibited;

 a ban on the state registration of a legal entity included in the List.
