Borovtsov & Salei has advised Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) in a funding transaction of Belarusian Cloud Technologies JLLC (beCloud) within the Buyer Credit Facility Agreement aimed at financing of the export contract with Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. (Croatia) on supply of equipment and software for creation of single LTE cellular mobile telecom network in Belarus.
