What Will Change as of July 1, 2027?

The legislature is introducing significant changes to the procedure for exercising a participant’s right to withdraw from a limited liability company (LLC) or additional liability company (ALC). As of July 1, 2027, a notice of withdrawal will no longer be revocable, while the effective date of withdrawal will be unified for the company, its participants, and third parties.
